That means settlement is considered before proceedings. It means the scope of each service is explained in writing before the engagement begins. And it means the office will say clearly — and early — if the level of service chosen is no longer sufficient for what the matter has become.
All services are available in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Meetings can be held at the office, at the client's home or by video. Saturday mornings are available for clients who cannot attend during the working week.

Full Representation in Family Proceedings
The office acts throughout, from first letter to final order, in divorce, maintenance and children's matters. The client is told at each stage what has happened, what comes next and what it will cost, in writing and in plain language. Where a matter could reasonably be settled without proceedings, that is said first.

Preparation of the documents a client needs where they intend to conduct the matter largely themselves, including petitions, affidavits and consent terms, together with an explanation of where and how each is filed. The office checks the papers before filing and will say clearly if a matter has become too complicated to handle without full representation.

Offered in the same three languages and available on Saturday mornings for those who cannot attend during the working week.
